Easy Breezy is a grand beachfront duplex with 18 bedrooms and two heated private pools, just steps from the sand. Each side mirrors the other — nine bedrooms, nine and a half baths, sleeping 22 — so the whole house hosts forty-four in comfort.
Three stories of spacious balconies face the Gulf. Wedding parties spread out without splitting up; reunions put every branch of the family under one roof; retreats get meeting space and margarita space in equal measure. Ample parking, fast WiFi, and an elevator per side keep the logistics as breezy as the name.

This house was perfect for large families or gatherings. We celebrated my parents' 60th wedding anniversary and were able to fit all 40 of us in the house very comfortably. There is a bathroom with every bedroom.
