Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to bookings made through this website with Gulf Shores Beach Life. By reserving a stay, you (the "Guest") agree to them. A separate rental agreement may also apply to your reservation. Last updated: July 31, 2026.

Reservations & eligibility

The person booking must be at least 25 years old and will be the responsible party for the stay. We are a family-focused rental and are not able to accept reservations for unchaperoned groups under 25. Occupancy may not exceed the maximum guest count published for each home (Lemonshello sleeps 20; Easy Breezy sleeps up to 44). Rates and availability shown are provided live by our booking system and are not guaranteed until your reservation is confirmed.

Payment schedule

Payments are processed securely by Stripe through our booking system. Unless stated otherwise for your reservation:

• A 30% deposit is charged at the time of booking to confirm your dates;
• The remaining balance is due 60 days before check-in and is charged automatically to the card on file;
• If you book within 60 days of check-in, the full amount is charged at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy

Cancel 60 or more days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations made within 60 days of check-in are non-refundable, as that window is typically too short for us to re-book the home. We recommend travel insurance for peace of mind. Changes to dates are subject to availability and are treated as a cancellation/re-booking if inside the 60-day window.

House rules & guest responsibilities

• The home may be used only by the guests named on the reservation, up to the maximum occupancy. Events, parties or gatherings beyond the booked group require our written approval in advance.
• Please treat the home as if it were your own. The Guest is responsible for loss or damage caused during the stay beyond normal wear and tear.
• Pet and smoking policies vary by home and reservation — please confirm at the time of booking.
• Check-in and check-out times, entry instructions and any local ordinances (noise, parking, dune/turtle protections) will be provided before arrival and must be followed.

Assumption of risk

Our homes are beachfront and include pools and direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Guests use the beach, water, pools, hot tubs, balconies, elevators and grounds at their own risk and are responsible for supervising children and members of their party. Always heed posted beach-flag warnings.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gulf Shores Beach Life is not liable for personal injury, illness, loss or damage to property, or interruptions to a stay arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural events, utility outages or mandatory evacuations. In the event of a mandatory evacuation or force-majeure event, we will work with you in good faith on rescheduling or refunds for the affected nights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, where the homes are located.
