LemonShellO is a wonderful home with 8 spacious bedrooms — every single one with a private bath and Smart TV. Six king suites (four of them beachfront, with gulf-view porches) plus two queen-pair rooms mean grandparents, parents, and kids all sleep well.
The great room seats the whole crowd and opens straight onto the beachfront porch and your own heated private pool. The kitchen is doubled up — two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two stoves, two microwaves, two ice makers — so cooking for twenty feels easy. A new hot tub sits on the ground-level deck, with steps down to a fire-pit seating area that's perfect for cooler evenings.
The private dune walkover takes you right to the sugar-white sand. You'll be close to restaurants and shops, but away from the condos and crowds.

It was a huge house and had an elevator which was great for my grandfather who has difficulty with stairs. It was so great to walk out to the beach without having to cross the street, or use the pool when we wanted.

Yes — the pool is heated seasonally so spring and fall swims are just as good as July's. The hot tub runs all year.
We're a family house — we're not able to rent to groups under the age of 25.
