We started with one belief: a big family trip shouldn't mean splitting across four condos and paying platform fees on each one. It should mean one roof, one long table, and a sunset everyone watches together. That's the beach life — and after years of hosting families, weddings and reunions on this coast, it's still the whole point of what we do.

Our Family Tradition
We don't just own these houses. We count down to them.
Every year, our family does exactly what yours is about to do. We load the cars past reason — boogie boards wedged against coolers, somebody's fishing rods across everybody's laps — and we point them toward the Gulf. Somewhere past the Alabama line the windows come down, and the first one to smell salt air wins a prize nobody remembers agreeing to. It's the same houses every time. Ours. And it never once feels routine.
By now the week runs on rituals we never planned. First night, nobody cooks — plates on the deck rail, feet up, watching the waves erase the day of driving. Early mornings belong to the coffee drinkers and the dolphins, who both show up on schedule. The kids invent a tournament of something — cornhole, cannonballs, who can hold their breath the longest in the pool — and defend last year's titles like it's the majors. One night gets loud around the long table. One night gets quiet on the boardwalk. And on the last morning, everybody takes the same walk down to the water, nobody saying what we're all thinking: already counting down to next time.
That's what these two houses really are to us — not an investment, a tradition with a roof on it. Lemonshello and Easy Breezy have held our birthdays, our reunions, our do-nothing weeks and our big-milestone ones. And the part we've come to love most is the part we never expected: the weeks we're not there, some other family is down there building the exact same thing — their trophy wall, their long-table night, their last-morning walk.
