In select seasons we open a five-bedroom configuration of Easy Breezy East — it’s the exact same side of the house, with the fourth floor simply locked off. You still get the whole beachfront experience: the heated pool, the elevator, the kitchen and living level, and five bedrooms plus the bunk nook across the second and third floors, sleeping 12.
You get the Easy Breezy experience — boardwalk to the sand, balconies on the Gulf, room for everyone at dinner — without paying for a floor you won’t use. Dates are limited; if your week isn’t showing, ask us or look at the full East side.

This house was perfect for large families or gatherings. We celebrated my parents' 60th wedding anniversary and were able to fit all 40 of us in the house very comfortably. There is a bathroom with every bedroom.

We’re a family house — we’re not able to rent to groups under the age of 25.
