How booking here works

  1. Pick dates and the configuration. The total you see is the total you pay: nightly rate, cleaning and taxes, and $0 platform fees.
  2. A 30% deposit holds the house. The balance is charged 60 days before arrival, and the dates and amounts are in writing before any card is charged.
  3. One rule up front. The person booking must be 25 or older, and the group on the agreement is the group that stays.
  4. Arrival details come a week out: check-in, parking, pool heat, the elevator, and the owner's number.
