These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of gulfshoresbeachlife.com (the “Site”), operated by Gulf Shores Beach Life (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About the Site

The Site provides information about our beach house vacation rentals in Gulf Shores and Fort Morgan, Alabama. Bookings are processed through our booking provider and are subject to the booking-specific terms and rental agreement presented to you at the time of reservation. Those booking terms control your reservation; these Terms govern your use of the Site itself.

Acceptable Use

When you use the Site, you agree NOT to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, federal, or international law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our servers, or related systems.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site, except for well-behaved search engine crawlers.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or the servers and networks connected to it.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent inquiries or bookings.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Harvest or collect information about other users.
  • Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, photographs, videos, logos, graphics, design, and software — is owned by Gulf Shores Beach Life or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and download content from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Site without our prior written permission, except as follows:

  • Your browser may automatically cache files for normal viewing.
  • You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages for personal, non-commercial use.
  • You may share links to publicly available Site pages.

Bookings and Rental Agreements

When you book a stay through the Site, you enter into a separate rental agreement with Gulf Shores Beach Life, presented through our booking provider at the time of booking. That rental agreement — including payment, cancellation, security deposit, house rules, occupancy limits, and check-in/check-out — controls your stay. These Site Terms do not modify the rental agreement.

Property Information and Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that property descriptions, photographs, amenities, availability, and pricing displayed on the Site are accurate and up to date. However:

  • Information is subject to change without notice.
  • We do not warrant that descriptions, prices, or other content are error-free or current at all times.
  • In the event of a pricing error on the Site, we reserve the right to correct the price and cancel any reservation booked at the incorrect price.
  • Photographs are representative; minor variations between properties or seasonal changes may occur.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and integrations (for example, our booking provider, payment processors, mapping services, analytics, and advertising platforms). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by those services’ own terms and privacy policies.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GULF SHORES BEACH LIFE AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SITE.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gulf Shores Beach Life and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site, including any use of the Site’s content other than as expressly authorized.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Baldwin County, Alabama, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to the Site and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gulf Shores Beach Life regarding your use of the Site. Booking-specific terms presented at the time of reservation also apply to any stay you book.
